When you create a Zend! account, we collect basic identification information such as your email address and chosen @tag. We may also collect device identifiers and usage telemetry to help us improve the product experience.
Transaction metadata — such as timestamps and counterparty @tags — may be recorded to support dispute resolution and fraud prevention. We never collect or store your private keys, wallet seed phrases, or any cryptographic material.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Zend! service, communicate important updates to you, and fulfill any legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share limited information with service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
